~ PUPPY LUV ~
When God can use even a little dog. How much more can He use us if we allow Him?
Puppy Luv was loved by all who knew him. He was not only my service dog but also became known as the "JGM Mascot Dog," as the kids loved him at the programs. Puppy Luv was patient and loving with the children as they would pet him, hold him, and just love him. He, in return, would love on them. Puppy Luv was a compassionate dog. Whenever he would see someone in distress, he would go over to them and be with them. His little love helped many children open up to hear about God's love.

I put together this little tribute to Puppy Luv as he truly had my heart. I found him at the flea market when he was eight weeks old. A litter of Chihuahuas was huddled together, and a litter of Daschunds was huddled together. I looked over, and this one small lone dog was all by himself. He was lying there with his chin on his paws, looking up at me with lonely little eyes. I said to him, "You look like you need me as much as I need you." I picked him up, and that was it. We bonded for life. I found out he was a Chiweenie. A mixture of both Chihuahua and Daschund. I would always take the song by the Supremes, "Baby Love," and change the words to "Puppy Luv" and sing it to Puppy Luv. His ears always perked up. He has literally been like velcro for the past 13 years. I have been blessed to be his mommy and spent his life with him. I have always thanked God daily. He was one of a kind; I will always miss him, the grief has been unbearable at times, but he will forever be loved and cherished. ~ Melise
We Would Like To Honor
The Non-Profit Organization "Sugar's Gift."
Sugar's Gift helped Puppy Luv to cross The Rainbow Bridge. He was sick the last year and a half and very ill and in pain towards the end. It was a painful decision that had to be made for Puppy Luv's sake. Sugar's Gift was there every step of the way. Not only did they make it financially possible, but they honored the life of Puppy Luv, which is what I needed for him. I wanted to celebrate all the Meaningful Moments that Puppy Luv created for not only me but for so many children. Besides God, Puppy Luv was a little light in my world, my heart. Words cannot express my gratitude for Sugar's Gift, The Founders, The Volunteers, The Vets, The Vet Ambulance Service, and the Pet Crematory.
Thank you, from the bottom of my heart.
