C-Day " Cookies For Christ" was birthed in 1981. That year it started out with several prisons during the month of December, taking in a few thousand homemade cookies.  It grew into an annual event of thousands of cookies being delivered to many prisons around the State of Florida.  Delivering over 100,000 per year.  After 9/11 only packaged store bought cookies could go in under the Florida Dept. of Corrections. Now, they no longer allow any food items to be taken into the prisons.    We  have transitioned, going back to our roots of homemade cookies.   We will be taking them to the kids across the State of Florida.
