BECAUSE KIDZ MATTER
The team has, throughout its 46 years, conducted monthly prison chapel services besides a variety of other various programs. The ratio was about 90% of prison institutions and 10% for youth facilities.
When first founding the ministry in 1975, there were only a handful of prison ministries, we met a great need through the past 46 years. Not only with this organization's prison ministry but taking in other volunteer groups that branched out into their very own prison ministry. At this point, there is a crisis and a great need for helping Florida's children. Helping them before they end up on a troubled road that could lead them to prison. We feel the need to commit 100% in working with youth, those under the Florida Department of Juvenile Justice, those in Residential Facilities, and to those that have been abandoned and have no family. The data for Florida is staggering as in all states, but in 2018 Florida ranked #34 out of the 50 states in child welfare! 4,217,864 Florida KIDSFlorida Department of Children & Families, Child Welfare Investigations of abuse, neglect or abandonment.

Opt Out of CookiesMission Vehicle
We are in need of a mission vehicle for the numerous facilities statewide. A cargo passenger/van to carry food and donated items for the children, volunteers, equipment, and the necessary program supplies. We need insurance and operational funds to drive it. We are having to rent this type of vehicle for these mission trips and would rather have the ministry putting those funds in it's own cargo van. The below thermometer will show our progress in reaching this worthy need. If you would like to help in this endeavor, please contact us or use the donate button here on the website. We are thankful for each dollar that you give.
